The native starch in SPONSER® WAXY MAIZE STARCH (WMS) consists of long-chained carbohydrates which inhibit the insulin response and therefore cause an increased fat metabolism. WMS is lactose and gluten free and provides 88% carbohydrates. WMS is primarily suitable for ultra-endurance performances with the goal to use all the available energy resources (as individual addition in combination with other types of sugars and electrolytes). In weight/strength training it is particularly suitable during the bulking phase. Compared to other starch types WMS is very well soluble in cold water. The neutral taste enables an individual dosage and supplementation.
This product is vegan.
PREPARATION
To mix your own sport drinks, use 30-60 g waxy maize starch combined with 2 Salt Caps or in combination with other types of sugars and electrolytes.
