LOW CARB PROTEIN PORRIDGE from SPONSER® is ideal as a high-quality, quickly prepared meal or breakfast alternative. With full taste and natural ingredients, but only few carbohydrates. Ideally suited for a low-carb diet.

Unlike conventional cereal blends, LOW CARB PROTEIN PORRIDGE is based on a high-quality nut blend of cashew, coconut and almonds. Cereals such as oats, wheat, rice or soy have been deliberately excluded. The product combines complex carbohydrates, high-quality proteins, healthy fats and valuable dietary fibres ensures long-lasting satiety and a stable blood sugar level in everyday life.

Thanks to its mild, nutty flavour, LOW CARB PROTEIN PORRIDGE can be refined as desired, e.g. with fresh berries, fruit or cinnamon. It can be prepared with water or milk in just a few minutes and is therefore also ideal as a quick snack.

Tip: With the neutral flavours of WHEY PROTEIN ISOLAT 94 or VEGAN PROTEIN, the protein content can be additionally increased as desired.

APPLICATION

Low-carbohydrate and high-protein meal for everyday use or during weight control or low-carb diets. The mild, genuine taste can be refined as desired.

PREPARATION

Dilute 4-5 scoops in 150 ml water or milk. Heat up to boiling point briefly and allow to thicken for 2-3 minutes.

Refine with cinnamon, apple pieces, sultanas, nuts, etc. as desired.

Tip: with a scoop of Whey Protein Isolate 94 or Vegan Protein, the protein content can be further increased as desired.
