CARNITIN 1000 MINERALDRINK by SPONSER® is a low-calorie sports drink with several functional ingredients and rich in soluble dietary fibres. The drink is ideal for people who are following a calorie-reduced diet, exercise regularly, and/or want to activate their fat metabolism. CARNITIN 1000 MINERALDRINK has a refreshing taste and covers the need for fluids while providing L-carnitine and minerals.

L-carnitine has an important function in fat metabolism
L-carnitine is a vitamin-like nutrient that has an important function in fat metabolism, insofar as it allows the burning of fatty acids to provide energy. L-carnitine is therefore used in connection with diets as well as in endurance sports. Athletes need fatty acids for energy use but take L-carnitine also to promote regeneration.

L-carnitine is mainly absorbed through meat (lat. carne: meat). A vegetarian or vegan diet, or other diets poor in meat, result in a significantly lower carnitine muscle content and supplementary L-carnitine intake may be considered.

The sports drink supports your low intensity training, while choline and zinc contribute to normal fat metabolism. Iron helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion. The contained electrolytes fulfil various functions: Calcium and magnesium serve the energy metabolism and the maintenance of normal muscle function. Calcium also helps to maintain bones, while magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and protein synthesis.
