MULTI PROTEIN by SPONSER® is a multi-component protein consisting of high-quality milk protein, whey protein and egg albumin. MULTI PROTEIN is versatile due to the specific combination of the various protein sources, which are available both quickly and slowly: as a basic protein for covering daily protein requirements and for muscle building and recovery after sporting activities. Due to its slower digestion and thus long-lasting amino acid supply, MULTI PROTEIN is also ideally suited for maintaining muscle mass and as a satiating meal (supplement) to support diets.

The gentle treatment process using ultra- and microfiltration (CFM) of the contained milk and whey proteins guarantees the natural quality and offers the highest biological value. The specific combination of protein sources forms the complete amino acid profile. With a high content of BCAA (branched-chain amino acids) and additionally enriched with the most important free amino acid L-Leucine.

Weight training: Supports the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Digestion time of 1-3 h should be taken into account, consider intake timing depending on individual tolerance with regards to physical activity. For optimal protein synthesis, a portion of protein should be taken every 3-4 hours (from all sources). Thanks to the high proportion of casein, it can also be ideally used as so-called night protein.

Endurance sport: Supports recovery after exercise and minimises muscle breakdown.

Basic protein: Ideal as a basic protein in everyday life or as a satiating meal. In addition to a varied and balanced diet.

MULTI PROTEIN is available in various flavours and is ideally suited as a tasty, functional supplement or dessert with a high protein content. For example, prepare in combination with bananas, fresh berries, pineapple or ice cream in a blender.
